Mint & Coriander Chutney
A fresh and vibrant mint and coriander chutney, perfect as a dipping sauce or accompaniment to any desi meal. Naturally gluten free. Note: This version has extra tomatoes added, which gives it a lovely fresh tang.

Ingredients
- 50g of fresh mint leaves
- 100g of fresh coriander
- 1-2 green chillies (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- 1 tomato
Method

Wash the mint and coriander thoroughly and remove any thick stems.

Add the mint, coriander, green chillies, salt, water and tomato to a blender.

Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve fresh alongside starters, kebabs, or any desi meal.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
