Method

Put 2 eggs in medium sized saucepan, add water, with 3/4 of eggs covered.

Boil on high heat for 10 minutes.

Switch off cooker, leave on the same hob for 5 minutes.

Remove add cold water on top and start peeling, cut and add salt, serve with tea, beans etc or on their own.
